Purpose

This Quality Policy sets forth the commitment of Lexington Educational Advisory Domain of Trinidad and Tobago (LEADTT) to achieve and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of its educational and advisory services.

This policy applies to all staff, contractors, and partners involved in the planning, development, delivery, and support of LEADTT's educational and advisory services.

Management Commitment

Top management is fully committed to the implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). This includes integrating quality management into organizational processes and ensuring the resources necessary for success are available.

We are committed to continuous improvement in the effectiveness of our Quality Management System through regular internal audits, management reviews, feedback analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

This Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and applied throughout the organization and made available to relevant interested parties, including clients and learners.
